INCOMS-RECTIFIERS” JSC, was established in 1959 in the city of Pernik. The factory develops and manufactures a wide range of semiconductor rectifiers and high-frequency invertor rectifiers for starter and stationary batteries (including tracking batteries).
From 27.02.2007 “Incoms Rectifiers” JSC has appropriated NCAGE code for producer, from the codification system of NATO.
In “INCOMS-RECTIFIERS” JSC - Prenik are working highly skilled persons. The whole production of the factory has been developed in collaboration with the “Technical University in Sofia” and the Bulgarian Academy of Science in Sofia.
The new generation impulse rectifiers “PULSAR”, corresponds to the new trends and requirements of DIN. They are certified by TUV and approved by the producers of batteries – “ENERGIA” JSC, “ELHIM ISKRA”, “VARTA” and “MONBAT”.
The production of “INCOMS-RECTIFIERS” JSC is a joint effort of the collaboration between the specialists from the firm of “Technical University – Sofia”, “CELHIT – BAN”, the institute of “BALKANCAR”, all Bulgarian manufacturers of accumulators, “BALKANCAR HOLDING” and representatives units from “GERMANOS”, “VARTA”, “HOPACKE” and “SONNENCHEIN”. They have been tested in the laboratory of “ELECTRON PROGRESS” – Sofia. The devices meet the European standards for electrical safety and electromagnetic conformity, as well as the requirements of the standards for storage batteries BDS 5845-82 and DIN 43536A , and they are tested by BDS 4329-88.
Responding to the high market requirements, “INCOMS – RECTIFIERS” JSC has introduced the EN ISO 9001-2000 (from 2004) Quality Management System.
The company products has been certified upon GOST R – Russia and UkrSEPRO - Ukraine.
“INCOMS – RECTIFIERS” JSC produce:
1. Individual charging devices ( “EPK M Pulsar” and “ElPulsKar”) for tracking accumulator batteries, securing the charge and supporting all types of batteries – convensional, to reduced watering/maintenance, to valve-regulated(VRLA) or “sealed” solutions, with capacity from 65 up to 1000Ah and voltage from 12 up to 80V; 2. Charging and starter – charging hait-frequency invertor rectifiers, devices for all types of batteries (12 and 24V/36A to 500Ah), supplying forced charge and supported charging for unlimited period, especially during the winter season ( -40ºC ÷ +40ºC)
“INCOMS – RECTIFIERS” JSC repairs and modernizes existing rectifiers.
The Factory has developed and produced customized equipment by special demand, as follows:
І. Rectifiers with general industrial purpose type ART, used by:
“Mine Marica East”;
“TEC Marica EST І”;
A calefactory central “Zemliane”;
Central substation “FARMACY”;
“Mine Pirin”;
“Fitting of heating installations – Pernik”.
ІІ. Rectifiers with special purpose for the needs of the Armed Forces, as follows:
Charging stations for the Land Forces;
On field charging stations – produced 200 pieces;
Static invertors – stabilizers by tension 24kW – 15 pieces;
TZU – “KALIAKRA”.
